Training on AI in the Workplace with Management & HODs

DATE

February 2026

LOCATION

Face to Face

Training Description

What made it meaningful wasn’t just the session — it was seeing leaders actively create.

During the workshop, they didn’t just test basic prompts. They worked on real scenarios from their departments — drafting policy outlines, structuring internal reports, generating strategic analysis, refining SOP documentation, improving customer communication frameworks, and stress-testing ideas using multiple AI tools. They compared outputs, refined instructions, and saw how prompt clarity directly impacts business results.

What stood out most was the shift in mindset. The moment they realised AI is not here to replace thinking — but to enhance and accelerate it. The quality of output depends on the quality of leadership thinking. AI simply amplifies it.

Here’s what I strongly believe:
AI in the workplace is crucial.

It’s no longer just about writing emails faster.
It’s about unleashing the power of thinking better, analysing faster, structuring ideas clearly, and accelerating decision-making.

When management understands how to guide AI properly, it becomes a multiplier — not just a tool.

And if Malaysia aspires to become a strong AI-driven nation by 2030, transformation must start inside our organisations — with leaders who are willing to learn, adapt, and lead responsibly. Building an AI Nation isn’t just about infrastructure or policy. It’s about people, capability, and mindset.
