A Meaningful Chapter in My 2025 Journey — Axiata Digital Leaders Programme

A Meaningful Chapter in My 2025 Journey — Axiata Digital Leaders Programme DATE December 2025 LOCATION Face to Face Training Description Starting in November means the end of the physical bootcamp phase of the Axiata Digital Leaders Programme (ADLP). The journey continues as we move into the virtual learning phase. This programme has been one of the most meaningful chapters of my year — not just for what we learned, but for how much we grew together. Through each bootcamp, we explored real business case studies, worked across diverse teams, and learned to communicate, understand, gather feedback, fine-tune ideas, and collaborate effectively. Special thanks to the mentors from Axiata Foundation — Mr. Sharaf and Syahmie Idlan — and from PwC Malaysia — Izwan,Janice Chee Shu-Hui, Goh Ser Li and their teams — whose guidance, both formal and informal, made a real difference. Their attention to detail, effort, and dedication set an inspiring example for all of us. I feel really blessed to be involved alongside such a brilliant group of peers — everyone brought unique energy, ideas, and perspectives that made every challenge more meaningful. The peer-to-peer learning and collaboration were truly special. The connections built through this journey are truly meaningful — ones I’ll continue to keep and cherish. The projects we were involved in didn’t just end at bootcamp. Whenever I come across businesses struggling with different real-world challenges, I often recall the moments and solutions we built together — and how relevant they still are today. I also find myself applying the frameworks and problem-solving approaches we learned — tackling challenges more systematically, thoughtfully, and creatively. For those who are curious or considering it — apply next year. It’s a valuable experience that sharpens your perspective, connects you with inspiring peers, and helps you grow as a digital leader. Training on AI in the Workplace with Management & HODs

HRDC CLAIMABLEINTERMEDIATE LEVEL Training on AI in the Workplace with Management & HODs DATE February 2026 LOCATION Face to Face Training Description What made it meaningful wasn’t just the session — it was seeing leaders actively create. During the workshop, they didn’t just test basic prompts. They worked on real scenarios from their departments — drafting policy outlines, structuring internal reports, generating strategic analysis, refining SOP documentation, improving customer communication frameworks, and stress-testing ideas using multiple AI tools. They compared outputs, refined instructions, and saw how prompt clarity directly impacts business results. What stood out most was the shift in mindset. The moment they realised AI is not here to replace thinking — but to enhance and accelerate it. The quality of output depends on the quality of leadership thinking. AI simply amplifies it. Here’s what I strongly believe:AI in the workplace is crucial. It’s no longer just about writing emails faster. It’s about unleashing the power of thinking better, analysing faster, structuring ideas clearly, and accelerating decision-making. When management understands how to guide AI properly, it becomes a multiplier — not just a tool. And if Malaysia aspires to become a strong AI-driven nation by 2030, transformation must start inside our organisations — with leaders who are willing to learn, adapt, and lead responsibly. Building an AI Nation isn’t just about infrastructure or policy. It’s about people, capability, and mindset.
